Role Purpose - Manage the inflow of right talent at the right time

- Plan and Control Talent Acquisition spend

- Manpower planning and forecast

- Provide TA support to all managers

- Honour commitments made to candidate and clarify all policies

- Devise, administer and evaluate appropriate selection processes

- Ensure error free documentation of recruitment related transactions

- Liaise with the central team to for closure of process
