- Rich experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment in Infrastructure space.
- Experience in Infrastructure hiring for minimum of 3 years
- Experience in Volume Hiring, leadership and niche hiring
- Experience in liaising with multiple stake holders
- Responsible for Manpower planning, recruitment strategies and budgeting.
- Experience in successfully achieving recruitment targets in high-pressure, rapid change and highly competitive environments.
- Manage and monitor sourcing strategy and manage recruitment costs & efficiency. Act as a strategic business partner by providing thought leadership in strategizing talent acquisition.
- Mentor and provide guidance & direction to the recruitment team. Build a world-class team of professionals in the organization by identifying & hiring high potential talent.
Experience : 14 - 16 years
