Job Description :
- The incumbent would be responsible for end to end recruitment strategy and execution of talent needs for business divisions allocated
- Working closely with business leaders, understanding the business and its needs and applying that understanding to recruitment practices
- liaise with the business/hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, engage with them on a regular basis for feedback and to support a smooth recruitment process
- Create forums and facilitate interactions with the management on a regular basis
- build strong communication channels and create recruitment MIS and derive intelligent analytics from the MIS
- Build strong supply chain(channels)for recruitment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and act as a brand ambassador representing its Core beliefs and Values
- Serve as mentor and leader for the team, providing high level of direction aligned to the recruiting strategy, processes and policies
- Manage and track recruitment costs and budget
- Creating an environment of continuous improvement to ensure efficiencies within the function
- Lead and mentor projects across the function
- Be responsible to collect external market intelligence related to hiring
Knowledge and Skill Requirements :
- Experience in strategic planning and execution for the Recruitment function
- Experience in effectively managing a team
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Should be self-driven, high on energy have a zeal for recruitment and should be open to stretched targets
- The candidate should possess good communication skills, both, written and oral and should be proficient in making business presentations.
- Ability to motivate teams to deliver within tight timelines
- Experience in a corporate environment
- Should have strong negotiation skills
- Should be very strong with recruitment process understanding and adherence
Qualifications: MBA/ PG in HR with a minimum 12 years experience in Human Resources in the Financial Services industry
Desirable: Work experience in Human Resources (Recruitment function) in Investment Banking
