Sr Role - Research & Analytics

This is with reference to an urgent senior level assignment.

JD; Qualification:

- MBA from a premier institute having hands on exposure on working with various analytical tools. Statistical background shall be preferred.

Experience:

- 10-12 Yrs, primarily in managing Business Development and consultative selling/solutioning in descriptive and predictive analytics space

Responsibilities

- Mentor and guide team in modeling techniques such as Structural Equation Modeling, Market Mix Modeling, Segmentation techniques, Multivariate techniques, Panel regression and other data analytics tools etc.
Mentor and guide teams in application of statistical techniques to model customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Mentor and guide teams survey analytics – Questionnaire designing, sampling, modeling survey data.

- Design an implement he go-to-market strategy for descriptive and predictive analytics service offerings of the organization.

- Enable the bid management team to respond to RFPs in the analytics space and works with them to generate winning solutions and thus be an integral part of the BD consulting team.

- Working with the client on identifying areas of additional business opportunities and putting requisite plans in place for Transition/Ramp Up
