Sr Role - Pharmacovigilance - Case Processing/Drug Safety/CDM

We have a Senior Level position with one of our client based out of Mumbai location.

Skills: Pharmacovigilance, Case Processing, Medical Review, Drug Safety, CDM, Pharmacology,

- A minimum of 12+ years experience in BPO Pharmacovigilance (International/ Domestic) and a minimum 6+yrs experience in leadership roles.

Position Summary:

Responsible for the end to end Service Delivery of project/s, meeting SLA's as agreed with the client

Coordinating, managing, relationship building and becoming a successful interface between the different processes in the engagement

Job Specs:

- SLA adherence as agreed with the customer

- Handling client escalations

- Annual Attrition in the account

- Design and implement KPI measures, measurement systems and visual tracking controls/dashboards to manage process performance for sustainability and continuous improvement.

Qualification:

- Graduate/Post Graduate/ Doctorate degree in life sciences/Pharmacy/Medical sciences or equivalent degree

- Knowledge on CRM tools/ Call center architecture

- Exposure to Quality Tools/ Certification- Quality Standards. Must have experience on Project Management tools
