We are currently looking for a Sr. Level position in Performance & Rewads role based at Delhi.
- Required experience of 10-13 yrs with full time MBA .
Role involves:
- Acts as an expert in all areas of performance and reward. Provides advice and consulting expertise to HR globally on issues such as hiring, retention, benchmarking, compensation package design.
- Responsible for handling day to day compensation management and strategic guidance for assigned Lines of Business across all geographies. Provides advice on all areas of performance and reward, supporting HR managers, management teams
- Managing complex reward related projects such as M&A and job families, and contributes to policy in areas such as allowances, shift, overtime and pay governance.
- Assists the India HR Director in the management of all areas of local performance and reward, supporting HR managers and functional management teams in India.
