Sr Role - Manager - Resources - ITES/IT

We have an immediate requirement for the positions of Sr Level - Resources allocation for a leading ITES at Delhi/ NCR.

Education: Required MBA / PG/ MSW in HR with experience of 11 - 14 yrs in project management/ Resource allocation to different projects. Preferably form IT organisations.

No recruitments experience required.

Responsibilities include:

- Responsible for project and upcoming projects and business development activities as they relate to resourcing with different stake holders and upcoming projects and business development activities as they relate to resourcing.

- Monitor day to day project activities and resourcing, identifying potential instances of underutilization and actively work with department leads to address and solve those issues

- Manage resourcing for all potential and assigned projects and ensure appropriate work allocation.

- Need to work closely with project managers to make sure that projects are staffed with the right set of resources and that resources have the skills required for the successful completion of tasks

- Responsible for managing overall utilization

- Work closely with the human resource department to make sure that new hires meet the resource demands for the projects that they support.

- Act as point of contact for resource booking confirmation, conflict resolution, and development of solutions in support of business goals
