SR. Level - IT recruitments

We are currently looking for a Sr. Level position in recruitments based at Pune with a leading IT organisation

Required experience of 15 -18 yrs with full time MBA in recruitment for IT Division

Role involves:

- Handling recruitment for IT divison

- Provide comprehensive HR recruitment/ hiring needs support.

- Partner with business on recruitment strategies and manage multiple stakeholders

- Manage strategic recruitment initiatives covering the whole recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidate offer with special focus on referral campaigns
