Sr Role - Human Resources - IT/ITeS

We have an immediate requirement for the positions of Sr. Level - HR for a leading ITES organisation at Delhi/ NCR . Only Males Candidates

Preferably from IT / ITES Organisation

Education: Required MBA with experience of 15- 18 yrs in handling ene to end HR activities.

Responsibilities include:

- Handling end to end HR activities including development and implementation of HR Activities/ HR policies

- Responsible for development and implementation of specific induction process & providing guidelines for new employees joining the business unit

- Development and implementation of engagement model for respective business unit.

- Ownership of employee attrition reporting and retention initiatives for respective business units
