Sr Role - Human Resources - BFSI

We have an immediate requirement for the positions of Sr. Level - HR for a leading BFSI organisation at Delhi/NCR

Education: Required Full time MBA with experience of 10 - 15 yrs in HR role.

Responsibilities include:

- Role will be more towards strategic HR

- Supports and advises function heads and managers on HR processes as a business partner. Engage on people issues and provide speedy resolution to the same.

- Identifying HR solutions and strategies required to support the business goals and objectives. This role influences talent strategy for the Benefits business group and ensures adherence to company policies and guidelines.

- Engage with business to track and develop top quartile talent. Work closely with business leaders & HR BPs to develop talent, succession planning, capability building & enhancement of existing talent.

- Ensure adherence of processes related to Performance Management, Personal development & Performance improvement planning
