Sr Role - HR - Shared Services - IT/ITES

We have an immediate requirement for the positions of Sr. Level - HR for a leading IT/ ITES organisation at Delhi/NCR.

Preferably from Shared services or ITES Organisation and from Delhi/ Delhi NCR only.

Education: Required Full time MBA with experience of 13 - 15 yrs in HR role.

Responsibilities include:

- Supports and advises function heads and managers on HR processes as a business partner. Engage on people issues and provide speedy resolution to the same.

- Identifying HR solutions and strategies required to support the business goals and objectives. This role influences talent strategy for the Benefits business group and ensures adherence to company policies and guidelines.

- Responsible for employee communication and change management.Consult with business leaders on engagement, performance, and development needs

- Engage with business to track and develop top quartile talent. Work closely with business leaders & HR BPs to develop talent, succession planning, capability building & enhancement of existing talent.

- Ensure adherence of processes related to Performance Management, Personal development & Performance improvement planning
