Sr Role - HR Generalist - IT/ITES

We have an immediate requirement for the positions of Sr. Level - HR for a leading IT/ ITES organisation at Bangalore .

Preferably from IT / ITES Organisation

Education: Required Full time MBA with experience of 12 - 15 yrs in BPHR role.

Responsibilities include:

- Supports and advises function heads and managers on HR processes as a business partner. Engage on people issues and provide speedy resolution to the same.

- Develops implementation plans to support change management initiatives

- Handling Employee Engagement.

- Engage with business to track and develop top quartile talent. Work closely with business leaders & HR BPs to develop talent, succession planning, capability building & enhancement of existing talent.

- Ensure adherence of processes related to Performance Management, Personal development & Performance improvement planning
