Sr Role - Employee Relations/Engagement - Financial KPO

We have an urgent requirement for Sr. role - Employee Relations/ Engagement for a leading financial KPO at Pune.

Candidates Skills required:

- MBA/ Post Graduate with experience of 11-16 years and good knowledge in Employee Engagement/ Employee Relations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible to works closely with HR Heads Stake holders and Legal to deal with Employee Relations issues

- Manage all employee relations issues end to end, including complex performance issues, complex behavior issues, disciplinary actions etc

- Streamline processes for managing ER administration; in particular ensure standard processes

- Good Knowledge to laws, regulations and processes related to employment matters in India
