Employee Engagement ( 14- 20yrs)

We are currently looking for a Sr. Level position in Employee Engagements with a leading financial organisation at Bangalore / Mumbai

Required experience of 14-20 yrs with full time MBA from a manufacturing organisation.

Role involves:

- Developing strategic communications plans & processes for Employee Engagement activities.

- Responsible for Employee Referral program, Group Employee Shareholding Plan Employee Satisfaction/Engagement Survey

- Redressal of employee grievance and maintaining harmonious employee relations

- Responsible for handling regulations / Legal laws/ Trade unions.
