Sr Recruitment Specialist - Back Office US HRO (Level D)
Associate will be responsible for performing day to day task as per the recruitment process guidelines along with conducting recruitment activities for tough to hire zones
1. Provide leading practices regarding recruitment options to align with defined objectives and budget.
2. Communicate high-level, recruitment approach to deliver against the quarterly recruitment forecast
3. Enable recruitment solution users
4. Create approved requisition.
5. Define hiring and sourcing approach for position.
6. Conduct internal sourcing - post requisition.
7. Conduct internal & external sourcing
8. Conduct external sourcing - Recruitment events (such as job fairs)
9. Develop list of candidates to be screened
10. Automated Candidate Screening (Interactive Voice Response (IVR) - Perform automated scoring exercise
11. Candidate Screening & Assessment - Perform standard screen (telephone)
12. Conduct hiring manager assessment
13. New Joiner Hiring
14. Provide recruitment administrative support and analysis
Graduate Degree
- 6-8 years of Industry Experience
- 4+ years of US HRO Recruitment Experience MUST
Skills / Knowledge
- Knowledge of HR and Talent Management /Recruitment domain
- Ensure adherence to corporate expectations, including accurate and compliant record keeping, as well as regulatory compliance requirements including OFCCP, EEO and AAP; Partner with HR Compliance
- Knowledgeable on current employment laws and regulations including, but not limited to OFCCP, affirmative action and equal employment opportunity
- Firm understanding of compensation practices
- CRM/ERP Application for Recruitment
- MS Office
- Email Writing Skills
- Problem solving skills
- Verbal Communication : Sentence Mastery, Vocabulary,Fluency,Pronunciation
