Role:Sr. Recruiter
Responsibilities:
- Developing recruitment strategies
- Managing end to end recruitment
- Mentoring and guiding a team of recruiters
- Handling all levels of recruitment: Junior, Mid and Senior requirements
- Put-forwarding innovation in talent acquisition
Desired candidature:
- 5-10 years of Strong recruitment / talent acquisition experience in any industry
- Should have handled and mentored teams
- Must be someone with end to end talent acquisition experience
