It has experience in commercial developments, SEZs, integrated township developments, foreign investment in real estate, shopping complex, multiplex developments, residential developments, sale/purchase of land/building, sale/purchase of developed space/offices, sale purchase of residential apartments, leasing out, business center arrangement, business conducting arrangement, title search and etc. in respect of retail space, commercial space, offices, residences, etc.

Job Description:

- Handling Coveyancing matters, drafting various deeds and Documents and Contracts viz. Deed of Conveyance, Deed of Transfer, Tender Documents, Development Agreement, Lease Deed, Leave and License Agreement and Others, Drafting Title Certificates. Opinion, advisory, due diligence and transaction work for large scale Real Estate Investment Projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. 12 years of experience post qualification of LL.B. with good academic credentials

2. Should have worked in top tier Law Firms or in Real Estate/ Corporates as an in-house counsel or as legal support to senior Counsels

3. Experience in Drafting and Registration of any type of legal documents with concerned Sub Registrar office. Able to do registration of all types of conveyance deeds such as Sale Deeds, Sale Agreements, Lease Deeds, Mortgage Deeds, Power Of Attorneys

4. Should have experience in investment related transactions(venture capital fund/other modes of investment) in conducting basic Real Estate related due diligence, opinions and investment related legal advisory kind of work in large scale commercial projects (Hotels, Malls or Multiplexes), residential projects, Retail (including, supermarket, hypermarket, chain of showrooms / shops)

5. SEZ land acquisitions

6. Exposure to litigation/ Real estate Dispute Resolution is must.

7. Exceptional command on communication skills, lawyering skills and analytical ability.
