Sr Project Lead - Semiconductor

Responsibilities:

- Manage the projects according the BCaM processes

- Use the appropriate tools to plan, control and communicate about the project

- Project preparation and organisation.

- Progress and functional reporting to the Development Manager and on PCP milestones and deliverables to the Principal.

- Constructively respond to external change requests by investigating needs and indicating needed resources to grasp market opportunities, enabling an appropriate decision.

- Participate in relevant meetings for resourcing and road mapping, and improvement activities, as appropriate.

- Deploys process improvement and new ways of working

Requirement :

- 10 to 12 years of Industrial experience and prior experience as Project Lead.

- Experience in Semiconductor Industry.

- Several years experience in directing projects in relevant technological areas.

- Experience of analysis and design.

- Effective transfer and archiving of the project results and the associated knowledge.

- Looks after the management of the project results.
