Sr Program Manager - eCommerce - Logistics Domain

Currently hiring a Sr. Program Manager for a eCommerce company in Bangalore.

- You will identify and prioritize regulatory constraints which hold back sellers from exponentially scaling on the platform. Based on these findings, you will drive process changes and product development to address blockers. You will also identify external organizations to partner with who will help us solve these constraints.

- You will coordinate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Tax, Finance and GR teams) on responses to tax departments, drive actions items resulting from discussions with the tax officials, train local teams to handle first level responses, track registration related compliance and act as the final escalation point.

Desired person:

- 5+ Years of Program/Project Management or equivalent experience preferably in a logistics oriented function.

- Bachelor's degree required, MBA is preferred

- Deep understanding of the retail, warehousing and transportation landscape in India with prior interactions with distributors, government officials and logistics players is desirable.

- Experience with eCommerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage

- Should be a leader with understanding of regulatory framework as it applies to eCommerce and drive compliance changes.
