Job Description - Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your job responsibility entails:
- Developing brand strategy and Media Plan which includes:
- Designing promotional mix for the product, Conceptualizing and designing of inputs for the field, collecting and reporting information on competitor's activities, advertising control, Market study for insight into activity/ strategy implementation, working on market research and market development projects time to time to increase the market share of the brand
- Driving implementation of the plan which includes:
- Planning & ensuring implementation of the marketing campaigns, Planning and initiating activities like PMS, CMEs, Doctor Programs, patient initiation/ contact programmes.
- Liaisoning with different departments for all activities, symposia congress, various association meetings and marketing inputs,ensuring timely availability of various supports needed by sales team for doctor promotion.
- Key Account Management and Competition Monitoring which includes:
- Market support and achieving budget for the brand, Ensuring and maintaining customer focus,Monitoring the competitive activities and regular feed back on competitive activities in therapy areas of our business interest.
- Manage key events which includes:
- Organizing major events like Growth Updates by involving the KOLs in coordination with Medical & sales teams, developing and nurturing key opinion leader's pool for the brand, regular field work and active involvement in market development activities, Ensuring mass based activities.
The Successful Candidate - You are a BPharm/Science graduate with MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Pharmaceutical Management.You have atleast 5-6 years of work experience in pharmaceutical marketing or product management within cardio diabetes therapy area. You have hands on experience with launching new products, managing a therapy based portfolio and product life cycle management. You have influential leadership skills, strong business acumen and are ready to actively take up any new opportunities and direct your team. You have a track record of successful achievements and preferably growth within the same organisation.
