We have Immediate Job Opening with a Multi Million Dollar MNC Company, whose head quarter is in Sunnyvale, California also having office in Pune, India. It is a very well funded and fast growing social music platform on mobile and web, having millions of users using their products from 250+ countries every month.

Job Description:

Position: Sr. Product Manager

Years of experience: 3-8 Yrs

Location: Pune.

Qualification: BE/ME/MTech in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Stats, or equivalent experience. MBA is a plus

Responsibilities:

- Lead product development initiatives on multiple simultaneous projects across various platforms (web, mobile web, android, iOS etc)

- Be data driven everyday to isolate opportunities to optimize features and grow user base

- Drive projects that that will directly increase Dhingana growth/engagement

- Build simple, yet elegant products with lot of appeal

- Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers, incorporating feedback from users, developers, business partners and other stake holders

- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.

- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products based on business strategy and priorities.

Requirements:

- BE/ME/MTech in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Stats, or equivalent experience. MBA is a plus

- Must be able to work on multiple projects at the same time and drive execution

- Must have strong analytic skills and experience with metrics driven decision making.

- Must have 3-4 years of product management experience in consumer internet markets. Mobile experience (iOS, Android or WP7/Metro) is a plus.

- Must have deep understanding of core usage metrics like virility, retention etc

- Must demonstrate ability to design simple and intuitive user interfaces – create examples through wire frames and mock ups.

- Previous developer or entreprenurial experience is a plus

- Strong project management skills - organization skills, attention to detail, interpersonal skills are important

- Strong verbal and written communication

- Understanding of product marketing strategy (i.e. target customers, distribution channels, product pricing, user acquisition and retention).

- Sense of humor
