Position: Sr. Consultant (Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional)

The candidate should be a BE / B Tech with 6 - 8 years of relevant experience. Candidate should have
strong functional knowledge of oracle HRMS products, implementation experience and development/
customization experience in oracle HRMS modules
1) At least 2 full life cycle implementation experience in Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, OLM and PMS
2) Customization/development experience required preferably in HRMS
3) Strong working knowledge of development tools such as Oracle Developer 2000, Developer 6.x
(reports and forms), and PL/SQL XML reports, JDeveloper and OAF
4) Working experience in oracle version 11.5.10 and R12
5) Application design and development life cycle experience
6) Good oral and written communication and presentation skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Participate in the implementation of Oracle E-business suite HRMS
- Develop/customize the applications as per the requirements
- Develop the functional and technical specifications
- Conduct User Training, provide user support and resolve the issues
- Actively participates in the troubleshooting phase once the product has gone "live".
