Currently working with an opening in one of the top Business houses of India for the position of Sr. Officer.

Position: Sr. Officer-Direct Tax

Location: Andheri (East)

Salary: Negotiable (will be given a decent hike accordingly to your present CTC and Experience)

Experience: 6yrs - 10 yrs

Qualification: M.Com/ MBA/ C.A-Inter

Job Profile Role:

The exact profile we are looking for the position of the Tax assistant is as under

1. Direct tax area i.e. Income Tax only

2. Preparation and finalization of Tax Audits,

3. Preparation and filing of company income tax returns,

4. Preparation and submissions of Income Tax assessment details.

5. Income Tax assessment of companies- attending hearings.

6. Preparation and filing of appeals.

7. Dealing with Income Tax department

8. Dealing with WITHHOLDING TAX on foreign payments,

9. Dealing with Transfer Pricing issues.

10. Knowledge of Direct Tax Code (DTC)
