Taking Care of the Zonal CSD Operations by managing a team which takes care of all the aspects of Customer Service Delivery from Acquisition, Customer Service,Retention and Collection prospective of Airtel One (Mobility, DTH,Landline,Airtel Money,3G) for all locations of Ratlam Zone.
- Taking Care of the Planning and set up of customer service processes and initiatives.
- Doing Regular process audits and generating reports along with Complaints management and Retentions.
- Working on continuous Process Improvement.
- Ensuring proper closure of issue & support to Field Team.
- Ensuring proper Acquisition Documentation process adherence w.r.t to the guidelines provided by the regulator.
- Regular Initiatives to improvise customer life cycle and ensuring customer delight thus ensuring CSAT.
- Monitoring Telemedia acquisition quality.
- Coordinating with Call Center Team to check on the regular callers and the issues raised by them.
- Working on the maximum type of complaints received and checking on the reason and solution for the same.
- Monitoring reason for Customer Churn.
- Providing service leadership through continuous improvement on customer focused processes at every touch point and to ensure a consistent Brand experience to all newly acquired and existing customers of Mobility, DTH,Telemedia.
