One of our client is in to a Manufacturing Sector, looking for HR professional for Delhi / NCR.

POSITION: HR- Training and development – Sr. Manager

QUALIFICATION : Regular MBA / MSW / PGDM (Full Time) - Strong qualification

EXPERIENCE : 12 - 16 yrs experience.

LOCATION: Delhi / NCR

MUST HAVE FOR THE ABOVE ROLE :

CORPORATE HR CAREER OPPORTUNITIES with 12 years to 16 years experience for Automobile Domain .

Location - Delhi / NCR.

- Meet managers of different business areas and facilitate training need identification process based on projected deliverables, competition, and developmental needs.

- Develop/upgrade new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.

- Develop testing and evaluation procedures for both trainers and training programs.

- Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
