A Giant Tier 1 US Based MNC is looking for Sr.Manager-Global Strategic Sourcing & RFX Management

-MBA/other Equivalent graduation

Hyderabad (US Shift)

-Exp:5-12years

US Shift Zone -Sr.Manager- Global Strategic Sourcing

- Should have handled a span of at least 40+ agents for 3 - 4 years

- 5 - 8 yrs of working experience in a Strategic sourcing environment.

- Experience of working in a BPO environment (desirable)

- Proven record of handling clients independently

- Proven record of ability to manage the HR aspects of managing a team (reward, motivate and retain talent)

- Proven record of financial acumen (ability to understand cost levers, financial budgets and ability to link initiatives to financial outcomes)

- Proven record of orientation to continuous process improvements and familiarity with methodologies such as 6 Sigma, Lean etc.

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Excellent client interaction skills

- Excellent communications skills

- Problem solving & decision making ability

Key responsibilities and accountabilities/ Essential Responsibilities:

- Lead a overall of 40 - 50 associates with 3 – 4 AMs/Ms reporting to him/her

Eligibility to apply :

- Should be working Tier 1 MNC BPO Corporate

- Handle a large team (40-50 above)

- Gb/BB/MBB Preferred but, not mandatory one
