One of the leading Clinical Research Organisation is looking for

Position – Manager / Sr Manager – Solutions Design

Job Purpose: (Why does the job exist and its nature?)

- To oversee and manage the process of generation of accurate and professional time and cost estimate and the proposal document that is submitted to request clients in response to a Request for Proposal (RFP).

Core Principal Activities: (Summarize the most important operational activities required to perform job)

- Increase the efficiency of the Proposals process (achievement against targeted submission timelines for proposals as agreed within SOP and with client)

- Zero error proposals submitted to clients (achievement against acceptable number of errors as agreed within SOP, and as per client feedback)

Other Activities : (Other activities that they may perform)

- Create and update SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for the Proposals process

- Ensure adherence to Proposals SOP across the Proposals sub-group

- Create, update and improve the time and cost estimate template.

- Review of the proposals and time & cost estimates created by subordinates to ensure that timely, accurate and professional proposals are submitted to Business Development sub-group, and then to clients.

- Mentor and coach direct line reportees within the Proposals sub-group on preparation of time and cost estimates and proposals

- Assess and evaluate software/tools to manage the Business Development process

- Manage the information within the database and update it periodically.

- Provide topline reports (weekly/monthly/annual) on the number of RFPs services, proposals submitted, Win-Loss report to the VP - Business Development.

- Prepare and submit Proposals sub-group annual budgets to VP - Business Development.

- Ensure all expense budgets (if any) of the Proposals sub-group are kept within the limits set.
