Senior Manager Sales / Presales - Telecom Enterprise Business Services for an MNC BPO in Mumbai.

Operational Responsibilities :

- Negotiate carrier agreements on behalf of customers for Access Networks

- Identify third party access carriers necessary to meet client global voice/network requirements

- End to end management and support of all access requests requiring custom solution/complex design

- Monitor Teams Volumes and ensure quality output to Client

- Monitor best quote from vendors for orders in a specific time & manner for Pre-Sales during high volume
Support

- Monitor and advocate the team for more opportunities for improving price quote for postsales

- Handle Presale/Postsale Functions like Handle new, renewal, retention quotes for client prior to sale

- Participate in conducting health assessments and improvement opportunities and audits for the project on a
periodic basis and communicate to management, and key stakeholders

- Project Management

- End to end management and support of all access requests requiring custom solution/complex design

- Project Management support for Megadeals initiatives.

- Identify third party access carriers necessary to meet client global voice/network requirements

- Negotiate carrier agreements on behalf of customer for third party Access

- Pursue novation efforts within the Megadeal to have carriers recognize CLIENT as the customer of record, in
lieu of end customer

- Contract Management.

Core Competencies :

- Graduate / MBA having 8 - 16 yrs of experience with 4 - 8 yrs in Sales / Presales into Telecom Industry
handling Sales / Presales for Enterprise Business Services (like Bandwidth, VPN, etc).

- Contract Negotiations skills required

- Candidate from telecom Industry required.

- Strong Verbal and written communications.

- Ability to prepare power point presentations, Convert analysis in to meaningful management presentations.

- Strong operations and good People Management and negotiation skills and capabilities preferably from a
telecom Industry.
