With the current expansion in their global operations, they are looking for a Senior Manager - Regulatory Reporting.

Job Description - Reporting to the Director - Finance, your specific responsibilities will include:

- Reviewing and monitoring progress in activities for filling up of data templates

- Liaising with Financial Planning & Accounting Department, the Controller's Group and Lines of Business Unit coordinators

- Being the first point of escalation for internal stakeholders/controllers based offshore with accountability for process output/resource effectiveness/continuous process upkeep and improvements

- Overseeing management of SLAs, key process metrics, process documentation and collateral maintenance related to CCAR reporting, etc

- Identifying the problem and generating timely & well developed solution to addresses the problem

- Being able to apply solutions across varied problems using functional expertise

- Growing, developing & fostering talent

- Being accountable for integrity of systems, coherence of strategic choice & wisdom of policies/ accountability for results and tasks

- Being able to plan a course of action, manage & prioritize activities so as to execute them in a time-bound manner

- Servicing customer requirements while focusing on customer delight, to collaborate with existing customers to add value to business relationship & sense new business opportunity

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA / MBA with 6+ years of work experience in financial accounting, reconciliations and reporting related activities in a Bank or Financial Services institution. You should have strong experience in Financial Reporting and Management and Regulatory reporting space. Knowledge of US Banking Regulations, BASEL, RWA and Capital Planning concepts, and the implication to the business and planning of these items is imperative. You should also be aware of macroeconomic factors affecting Bank's balance sheet, capital adequacy, and regulatory reporting. Advanced stakeholder interaction is key to be successful in this role.
