Role: Manager/Sr.Manager - Talent Management

Department: Human Resources

Location: Corporate

Education: MBA / MSW

Experience: 7+ years experience preferably with retail industry exposure

SUMMARY:-

Ensure implementation of integrated HR strategies and initiatives for the talent groups which creates a high employee engagement environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Talent Management:-

- Facilitate HR and Talent Development initiatives

- Review and recommend innovative recognition schemes to ensure improvement of staff retention and to recognize performance

- Manage process of organization development to handle succession planning.

- Facilitate superior workforce development, key employee retention, organization design, and change management.

- Grievance handling and disciplinary actions: interaction and coordination with other functions for interventions for employee issues when needed

Talent Engagement

- Facilitate the employee engagement strategy which supports the creation of a high performance and dynamic culture

- Roll out employee satisfaction surveys and driving high performance engagement index

- Creating a high involvement culture through a value driven change process

- Interface between employee & CSR campaigns

- Plan and Drive a culture of Reward & Recognition initiatives in collaboration with the Business.

Performance Management

- Rolling out of effective Performance Management System

- Ensure partnership between employees and supervisors in planning, coaching and reviewing of job performance

- Ensure competency based performance assessment

- Establishing a objective performance management system which is linked to strong talent building

Communication

- Manage employer Brand Building initiative, anchoring company news letter

- Create & Manage communication channels like Open House, Corporate communications from MD office,Intranet, HR Help Desk etc.

- Policy and process implementation - Communication of rationale and interpretation, ensuring policy implementation by businesses.

- Work with external agencies for design and development of communication materials and content

- Manage the communication content on Intranet in consultation with the stakeholders periodically as and when required.
