Small Description of the Role

Business Development (B2B)

- Interacting and exploring the possible opportunity of training & placement in BFSI Organisation in the defined territory

- Generate revenue by identifying new clients by offering Corporate Training Program

- Increase revenue from the existing accounts and maintain relationship

- Understanding the complete Employers’ requirement and Customising solutions accordingly

- Responsible for revenue and margins

- Coordinate and manage logistics for corporate training programs

- Coordinate with the employers and centres to ensure flawless interview process

- Developing & Managing Partners in new region.

- Generating business through partners.

Alliances

- Get tie-ups done for pre-placement with various BFSI Organisations

- Generate Placement opportunities for candidates completing the programs

- Maintain relationship with existing accounts and explore opportunities of introducing new models or placing more students

- Generate openings and ensure to place all the students completing Times Pro programs

- Coordinate with Center Placement / Student Services Coordinator and National Placement Coordinator ensure lining up of candidates for interviews scheduled by Employers.

- Maintain, Manage, Segregate & map existing available pool of candidates against particular job/ profile

- Create and Conduct grooming sessions for the candidates in coordination with Student Service executives

- Managing Alumni Relationship and database

Maintaining records of profiles and numbers placed
