Senior Manager/Manager-HR:-
An HR professional with 8 – 10 years of work experience with good experience in Organisation Development domain. Apart from the OD the position will also be responsible for recruitment of the right talent based on the organizations strategy.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Identify gaps and opportunities to impact business, especially through training led productivity improvements, develop solutions, and implement the same for Business unit/ associates along with business heads.
- Conduct Job Evaluations and link the Jobs to organizations development and compensation strategy.
- Implement, conduct, & monitor all OD interventions across the organization.
- Preparation and facilitation of training courses to include the design of instructional materials for training and participant materials.
- Develop and implement methods to evaluate effectiveness of Training / OD programs.
- Strengthen the post interventions impact on all the participants through follow up with internal stakeholders.
Desired Candidates:-
- Post Graduate with specialization in HR, with 8 - 10 years’ experience in HR function with stress on Learning and Development function.
- Excellent communication (speaking/writing) and presentation skills.
- Proven facilitation skills and hands on experience on intervention design as well.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiating capability with the ability to establish productive working relationships with senior stakeholders.
- High stakeholder orientation resulting in stakeholder delight.
- Good knowledge and experience of consulting and analytical skills.
- Project management skills – organization, prioritization, time management, setting deadlines, follow up etc.
