Sr Mgr - Insurance Stat/US GAAP Reporting

We have a huge openings in one of the leading BPO for the following positions.

1. US GAAP Reporting (Sr.Manager)

- Reconciliations including the sub ledger to the general ledger, asset classes and other classifications required for Upstream, US GAAP reporting

- Significant and complex financial analysis of activities, projects and plans

- In depth understanding of the financial services industry including current issues, trends and developments

- Experience of delivering diverse financial information requirements in a complex organisation

- Operational experience with U.S. GAAP and IFRS

- Knowledge/experience of Sarbanes Oxley is an advantage

- Preferable experience in accounting & reporting in P&C insurance industry

2. Insurance Statutory Reporting (Sr. Manager)

- Advanced Accounting and Reconciliations experience

- Should have experience and understand the framework of multiple reporting requirements (STAT/GAAP/ Management reporting (Business Segment / Product).

- Experience in accounting & STAT reporting in P&C insurance industry.

- Experience in Reconciliations and posting various transactions accruals, provisions, bank statement, inter company etc.

- Reconciliations including the sub ledger to the general ledger, asset classes and other classifications required for Upstream, NAIC reporting.

Preferred Skills

- IT Knowledge –Preferably ERP knowledge

- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, including strong Excel skills.

Location of Posting: Gurgaon

Total Years of Experience: 5~ 8 years of Insurance Experience

Minimum Qualification: University Graduate

Professional Qualification: Chartered Accountant

Flexible to work in shifts (APAC / EMEA / US)
