Sr Manager - HR (Bihar/Jharkhand circle)

We are currently working on a position of Sr. Manager HR- Bihar/Jharkhand circle for one of our clients in Telecom Industry.

Location: Patna

Reports to: CBH/ Head HR ops (Corporate)

KRA's:

- Responsible for the complete employee life-cycle and its all requisite aspects ranging from its acquisition, deployment, development and retention.

- Responsible for delivering business HR solutions on widespread service areas. Being a strategic HR business partner, facilitate and coach managers to help them understand the Human resources requirements of the business..

- Responsible for institutionalizing a high performance work culture, Reward Performance, PMS, Career Development and Employee relations for circle.

- Responsible for conceptualizing programs and initiatives to enhance Employee Engagement & mitigate attrition

- Capability building through various L&D initiatives as per changing environment

- Ensuring best Employee services, Statutory compliances and Administration for the circle.
