- Leadership role requiring strong technical proficiency, stakeholder management (in India, Europe & USA) and people management skills. The role involves the need for the incumbent to independently manage the end-to-end aspects of service delivery on all matters under the realm of HR Operations to the different units in India. While some of this could simple mean managing the ongoing services in a timely, cost effective and defect-free manner, some of the others may involve detailed deliberation, conceptualization, analysis, project planning, implementation and ongoing performance review.
- The role will be responsible for HR Operations team in India, which is one of the sub-department within the HR Department.
- The key components of the HR Operations role include leading and managing Compensation Strategy, Benefits Management, Payroll processing, HRIS (global & local systems), Global Mobility, Internal & External HR Audits, Statutory Compliance, Policy Administration,Vendor management,Learning & Development and Corporate & Local HR Programs. The incumbent will be support by a team of 5-6 experienced professionals in his/her team to manage the entire gamut of HR Operations
Qualification:
- MBA in Human Resource Management
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in all the areas of HR (strategic and operational)
- Should have prior experience of having handled most of the areas under HR Operations explained above
- Should have exposure of handling HR, Payroll and allied activities for foreign nationals
- Should be comfortable in managing and influencing senior business stakeholders, both locally and globally
- Should have prior people management experience
