About our Client - Our client is a multi billion dollar Swiss Chemical giant. With a presence in over 100 countries and a strong foothold in the Indian market with their Global R&D, manufacturing units and sales division based in India, they are now looking for an HR Business Partner to support their Global Shared Service Centre in Pune.
Job Description - Reporting into the Sr. HRBP, your responsibilities will include:
- Contributing in the overall business strategy through organizational and people growth.
- Establishing alignment with HR partners/leaders globally
- Strategically partnering with the business to ensure HR representation in key business decisions
- Effectively managing all the stake holders
- Supporting manpower planning through effective resource utilization
- Driving employee engagement initiative, promoting reward culture and sustaining reward processes
- Ensuring effective and timely completion of Performance review processes
- Ensuring timely talent acquisition and on boarding of talent
- Building a talent pipeline and ensure talent is managed effectively through various interventions including talent review processes
- Ensuring the high potential employees are retained and there is a clearly defined career plan for the, sustaining Talent retention strategy
- Managing C&B processes with the support of CoEs in order to continuously attract and retain talent
- Ensuring employee grievances are resolved in a timely manner and all HR compliances are met
- Supporting in employees learning and development initiatives including facilitating learning initiatives
- Ensuring compliance to all the legal requirements under various Legislations
The Successful Candidate - You will come with 6-8 years of experience in an HRBP role with an IT/ITes organization. Working as an individual contributor is desirable. Expat management and the experience of working with global stakeholders is a must. MBA from a tier 1 institute - XLRI / SIBM / SIMS / JB / IIM / SCMHRD is essential for this role. Excellent communication and presentation skills along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders is desirable.
