- Business Partner - Understand the business. Serve as a key member of the HR team to assist in driving business results.
- Understand and deliver Hiring/ Workforce Plans for various Businesses/Functions, Implement and Monitor the recruitment, induction and on-boarding processes/policies for the country
- Change Agent - Partner with and coach business leadership team to facilitate organization and culture change.
- Provide timely intelligence through exit interviews, attrition metrics and propose strategies to retain key talent
- Propose and implement an effective mentoring and coaching framework.
- Communication and implement HR policies and programs
- Partnering with HRS in achieving efficient HR operations management for all employees
- Lead specific HR projects across the HR teams as the case may be.
- Support business on their gender diversity initiatives
- Help business implements outcomes from the annual people survey
- Provide strategic and advisory support on culture initiatives and organization structuring / movements
- Help the business identify hi-potential talent and build development plans for accelerated growth
