Job Description - Reporting to the MD and APAC HR Director , your responsibilities will include:
- Driving the corporate HR policies and processes for employees on a PAN India basis
- Lead the performance management piece end-to-end and advise business on talent roadmaps accordingly
- Participate in compensation benchmarking surveys and drive the rewards program
- Work on ad-hoc projects from time to time with global stakeholders
- Build and run innovative programs for organizational/employee engagement
- Collaborate with senior management on building a performance management strategy and philosophy for the entire organization; implement performance & workforce management practices and drive implementation across various businesses and functional teams
The Successful Candidate - The successful candidate must carry 8+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources. You must also have a proven track record in areas of performance management, compensation & benefits, policy formulation and other generalist areas. A positive attitude and the willingness to work in a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment are must-haves, while excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are highly sought.
