Designation- Sr Manager/ Vertical Head - Semi-Conductors Research

Reporting to- Head Operations

Location – Pune

Job Description

1. As a Subject Matter Expert will have to research and approve titles for the Team to work on.

2. Generate insight and recommendations that demonstrate knowledge of client’s world and are based on client need.

3. Responsible for understanding client market and also defining the scope of the report

4. Accountable for all proposals and title made by the SBU (Including TOC, and competitor analysis)

5. Actively listen and communicate openly with clients and internal teams

6. Clearly and persuasively communicate complex issues, internally and externally

7. Clearly and accurately write reports, presentations and proposal documents Deliver client presentations

8. Will have to extensively engage with the client and sales team to manage existing assignments and also foster relationship.

9. Needs to be responsible for getting new consulting assignment along with sales

10. Responsible for the P&L of the SBU (Including decision on pricing reports and Consulting assignment)

11. Clarify and manage roles and budget within project team. Drive integration of team members to deliver excellence

12. Suggest process improvements to suppliers and team. Carry out TNA and Trainings.

13. Assist in recruitment and development of staff in line with team and company needs

14. Responsible for overall quality and process effectiveness.

Qualification and Experience

1. Minimum 7 years of experience required in market research/analysis in Semi-Conductors Domain is Must.

2. A good grasp of the Semi-Conductors panorama, the processes and the industry trends, an understanding of stakeholders, is essential.

3. Any Master’s Degree with relevant exposure to above mentioned verticals

4. Candidates with exceptional Semi-Conductors analysis background and a passion in Research and Consulting may apply.
