About our client:

Our client is a global insurance giant with an expanding footprint and growing year on year business. It has a leading country-wide diversified distribution model, over thirty lakh customers and multifarious product portfolio which contribute to its growing presence and business in India. They are looking for an experienced professional who would support their Group Business Operations.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Vice President- Group Business Operations, you will be responsible for-

- Lead end to end operations for handling all policy related processes.

- Look into the risks associated with the business, devise strategies for business continuity planning and look into transformations of existing processes.

- Monitoring compliance and adherence to standard measures of the various operational processes.

- Look into MIS, design reports and monitoring of data.

- Will have to maintain relationship with sales and strategy team.

- Have to cater to various customer services operations, processes and procedures.

The Successful Applicant:

- You should be a tenured professional with over 10-12 years of experience, with prior experience of managing large teams. You should have technical understanding and experience of Globe Asia systems and thorough understanding of Group Policy Business Operations. You should have good communication skills and have at least managed a team of 20 members. You should have experience in data management, MIS and reporting.
