Must have sufficient/relevant real estate background (BD+transaction) into commercial /corporate leasing
Marketing Strategy:
- Preparation of suitable marketing program for the leasing of the project, encompassing appropriate media plan, promotional activities etc
- Creative content generation through third party vendors to provide marketing services and production of all marketing collateral.
- Actively market Project, Identify prospective tenants, conduct personalized mail shots, presentations, cold calls, campaigns and to coordinate media advertising.
- Project promotion through meetings with other third party brokers/consultants.
- Front end all the interactions with prospective tenants, other brokers and follow up with tenants till execution of relevant documents
Business Development:
- Aggressive mapping of various micro-markets in Bangalore in order to uncover prospective leads
- Focused BD meetings in order to find the right clientele for the Landlord
- Analyzing latest trends and tracking competitors (Competing buildings in a particular micro market) activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales and marketing strategies
- Meeting Senior Executives as a part of business development exercise
Leasing Execution:
- Advise Landlord on market trends relevant to the project and their impact on rent values
- Coordinate responses to all enquiries, conduct site visits and subject to Landlords prior approval, negotiate terms and conditions of all lease/license agreements on behalf of the landlord
- Respond to Questionnaires, RFPs, queries in whatever form, written or oral, received from potential tenants or third party brokers/consultants.
Key Account Management:
- Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers including CXOs in target organizations for business development
- Building & maintaining healthy business relations with major clientele, ensuring sustainable business relationship.
