Sr Mgr - Global Value Innovation - Mfg

Senior Manager, Global Value Innovation based at Location Gurgaon. Industry MNC FMCG.

Our client Fortune 100 company, is looking for an Global Value Innovation resource at senior level. The areas of responsibility are development, submission and life cycle management of new products with focus on Manufacturing Equipment, especially end-of-line and Packaging related. A general, exposure to Manufacturing equipment would suffice.

The candidate will need to create proposals for new business ideas, new lines of business / products, etc through evaluation of technology to support future business investment and exploitation & presents a business case for approval.

Work closely with Analytics & systematically translate the "customer intelligence" into differentiated product/service requirements.

Identify & develop creative, actionable & cost effective solutions across the 3 platforms viz., Product, service & delivery

Experience and Qualification requires an Engineering graduate who can flex across functional disciplines (Product, Package, Engineering, Process, IT, sourcing, etc).

Previous experience with scenario analysis, budget preparation and tracking, as well as risk management .The role will involve interaction with external organizations – Packaging, Technology, Research, etc.and relevant Functional Leaders internally.
