Job Description - Reporting into the Director, you will be responsible for:

- Gathering intelligence on supply markets in India including online research, cross industry benchmarking and identifying potential new suppliers for business needs

- Identifying key opportunities for Global HQ to outsource key work streams to India

- Developing economic business cases by key spend categories

- Minimizing reputational risk and exposure to the brand by screening potential suppliers to ensure global consistency

- Dealing with global stakeholders in negotiations and contracting with identified potential suppliers.

The Successful Candidate - You will have a Masters Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or Biology with an MBA with a thorough understanding of the Pharmaceutical industry in the areas of drug discovery, R&D with BD experience for a CRO. In addition, you should have a proven sourcing experience and excellent communication skills.
