Qualification - MBA (Marketing) / Graduate

Years of exp - 5 years above in Food Processing Industry

Job Purpose

- To execute and overlook Domestic Marketing of the company. Business Development with P&L responsibility. Profile reports directly to MD.

Key areas of responsibility

- Develop Trade Marketing plans and drive sales in (Trade Promotion & Activation) Modern retail outlets, restaurants marketing, B2b sales

- Help provide the strategic direction for portfolio of brands

- Development of the annual marketing and sales plan

- Help drive market share through deep, actionable consumer understanding & insights on brand, competition, usage and attitudes, purchase behaviour.

- Media Planning & Implementation (as applicable).

- Regular evaluation of Advertising & Promotional activity.

Skill-set required

- Very Aggressive and Target Oriented

- Retails sales and modern retail knowledge

- Knows the Packaged Food Trade

- Exp in Food Service: HORECA (Hotel Restaurant catering services)

- Excellent Communication, Negotiating, Persuasion, Presentation Skills

Compensation - INR 7,00,000 to 9,00,000 pa
