One of our client is in to a Manufacturing Sector, looking for HR professional for Delhi / NCR.

POSITION: HR - IR – Sr. Manager / DGM / Delhi / NCR

QUALIFICATION : Regular MBA / MSW / PGDM (Full Time) - Strong qualification

EXPERIENCE : 12 - 25 yrs experience.

LOCATION: Delhi / NCR

MUST HAVE FOR THE ABOVE ROLE :

CORPORATE HR CAREER OPPORTUNITIES with 12 years to 16 years experience for Automobile Domain . Location - Delhi / NCR.

Industrial Relations

- Liaising with Govt. Departments, ensuring compliances to all kinds of statutory requirements in r/o Factories Act & Rules, Labour Act, Mines Act etc. and EPF, and State Pollution control Board etc.

- Responsible for handling of all disciplinary action, welfare activities, grievances handling and personnel administration.

- Provide support to higher ups in formulation of all Plant level personnel procedures confirming to the Company policies and also ensure effective implementation. Also responsible for all Statutory/Legal Compliances.

- HR support to the Business Team Managers.

- Coordinate with Functional Heads of Engineering and Finance in ensuring proper Wage administration.

- Dealt with all matters relating to Industrial Relations, grievance handling of all divisions in factory / Mines relates to Daily Paid/Monthly Salaried Staff and also coordinate independently with various departments to solve their day-to-day ER issues.

- Ensured optimum & effective utilization of funds in providing congenial work environment and basic amenities in the work premises.
