Sr Mgr/DGM - Finance & Accounts - Hospitality

1. Head of Inbound Tours Accounting

- Responsible for Quarterly and Annual Audit of Inbound Tour Accounting.

- Responsible for finalisation of Budget of the Division along with the Divisional Head and periodic review of Budgets as against actual performance with division head and presenting them to the CEO and Directors.

- He would be responsible to support the BU Head to take decision, guide from financial point of view to run the business on day to day basis.

- Responsible to place adequate controls in the processes having any type financial impacts.

2. Investors Relation

- Meeting Investors and Brokers and explaining them the Business Model and financials of the company and replying to the queries that they may have.

- Assisting in preparation of Investor Presentations post the quarterly results and annual results.

- Developing PR with various brokerage houses and assisting the brokerage houses who cover the company stock with relevant information on the company.

- Assisting in preparation of business model for the group and explaining them to Lenders and Investors

3. Head of TUTC Accounts

- Responsible for Annual Audit, Secretarial Compliances and all types of Statutory compliance of the company.

- Responsible for finalisation of Budget along with the Business Head and periodic review of Budgets as against actual performance.

- Overall Cash Flow management of the company

- He would be responsible to support the Business to take decision, guide from financial point of view to run the business on day to day basis.

- Responsible to place adequate controls in the processes having any type financial impacts.

- Preparing information pack for prospective investors and conducting meetings with them to explain about the company and its business model.

The person recruited would be dealing regularly with CEO, other Directors and meeting very senior people from the Financial Sector hence should be well presentable and also experienced. We should have the person on board before end of January in order to induct him in parallel.
