Senior Manager - Demand Generation (CRM)
(Salesforce.com proficiency is a must)
You will lead Company's global demand generation function and be responsible for executing marketing campaigns for our services portfolio across global markets with specific alignment to key accounts and user segments (broadcast, films, advertising, distribution, digital and sports).
Job Location: Mumbai
Role & Responsibilities:
- Work with global marketing and sales leadership on demand gen activities like brand awareness, relationship building, lead and sales funnel generation
- Run market research based positioning and sales campaigns
- Co-create integrated digital media campaigns covering email, tele-calling, events, surveys, DM, webinars, online ads, landing pages and whitepaper programs
- Support our events with pre and post campaigns that increase attendance and engagement
- Drive greater prospect engagement by fine tuning campaign play books, calling scripts and sales offers
- Craft lead nurturing programs for ‘trigger based’ and drip communications that advance prospects through the buying cycle
- Report ROMI through campaign dashboards featuring campaign effectiveness, prospects engagement and funnel advancement
- Work with service providers to identify and target individuals, accounts and industry segments and user/buyer communities
- Ensure brand guideline compliance and furthering/reinforcing of our key brand messages
- Train sales leadership in Salesforce.com processes, templates, best practices and governance
Candidate Background:
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading global demand generation (B2B) with a top tier IT services organization
- Demonstrated experience in developing and running sales and positioning campaigns
- Should have hands-on experience in Salesforce.com
- Good understanding of business intelligence tools like Factiva, Hoovers, Crush; bulk mailing applications like Mail Chimp; contact building tools like Inside View, DiscoverOrg, One Source, iProfile; how to engage and direct third party tele-calling vendors
Soft skills:
- Exceptionally strong communication / presentation skills
- Bring in creativity in thoughts especially on new ways of communicating
- Have a sound understanding of marketing strategy and how it relates to Sales goals
- Highly organized and able to multi-task
- Ability to coordinate and support senior leaders
- Clarity of thought and ability to negotiate ambiguity
- Self-driven and proactive
Qualifications:
Post graduate degree/diploma in marketing from a reputed institution (Preferred. Not compulsory) and/or relevant experience working with Tier 1 IT organization.
