KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Loyalty Programs
- Manage the CRM system to support the Inner Circle program and provide reports for consumer tracking
- Hardcore knowledge of MS Excel- Suitably handled MIS for regional brands / teams.
- Plan and initiate marketing strategies within budgets to ‘increase the TIC contribution”
- Visit stores for customer interaction, understand current trends and international practices in branding and introduce cost effective initiatives
- Aid retail operations through qualitative and quantitative consumer research (customer interviews, data analytics)
- Deploy strong data analytics program to aid concepts achieve their business objectives.
- Leverage data analytics to conduct catchment analytics to maximize store footfalls
- Ensure accuracy of data and constant updation
- Coordination on the Feedback mechanism process & inter department team for smooth functioning of TIC program.
Alliances:-
- Manage brand visibility and awareness by integrating TIC program with national brands building strong B2B initiatives and increased revenues & Footfalls.
- Building strong alliances with FMCG/ Hospitality/ Entertainment partners.
- Build a strong consumer engagement plan to increase frequency of customer visits and their spend
- Knowledge about the psychogrpahic profile of customers and plan activation on the loyalty program me.
