Responsibilities:

- Analyse corporate financial numbers for evaluating the credit risk in investing in Companies’ debt issuances

- Make recommendations on the amount and tenure for exposures to a Company’s debt issuances, based on financial analysis as well as economic development

- Maintain interaction with Banks'/ NBFCs' origination arms with a view to participate in debt issuances / loans that offer superior returns for the risks involved. The objective is to participate in debt issuances that offer superior yields to market levels.

- Ensure that debt investments process is followed through from the regulatory as well as legal approvals and documentation angle

- Analyze financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry, and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions.

- Forecast market movements to dynamically manage the credit portfolio

- Monitor compliance with the regulatory and internal guidelines for the credit risk exposures

- Monitor all developments in the industry, economy, businesses which have implications on the credit risk exposures and modify recommendations as appropriate

- Liaise with Companies' officials and Rating agency analysts for better understanding on credit risks

Educational Qualification: CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT IS A MUST
