We are looking Sr. Manager- Corporate HR for Hyderabad location.

We need HR Professional with 10-13 exp. from very well process oriented organization.
We are looking for a generalist HR profile who will responsible for delivery of HR interventions across the employee life cycle for all corporate functions. This role holder will take support from other specialist functions for deployment of various initiatives across the BU.
Location – Secunderabad.
Specific roles and responsibilities will include –
- Talent Management – including recruitment for the corporate resources, competency development and career planning.
- Performance Management – including managing the policy deployment for the BU, Performance Management process and implementation of the same.
- Work with the L & D team to provide right kind of learning input for all executives in the BU. Development of training plans and calendar for the BU.
- Working for the new initiatives taken in the organization
- HR data management system – maintaining the HRIS for the BU as per set standards and provide necessary inputs for decision making.
